Initial Fit Conversation
Discuss the business, operating challenge, desired outcome, urgency, and whether FFS appears suited to help.
Tell us about the operational challenge, business objective, technology need, or project you are considering. The initial conversation helps FFS assess fit, clarify the need, and determine whether a defined next step should be proposed.
A consultation is a fit and discovery conversation. It does not create a client relationship or authorize work.
Discuss the business, operating challenge, desired outcome, urgency, and whether FFS appears suited to help.
Identify the relevant workflows, stakeholders, current constraints, available information, and implementation considerations.
If there is a fit, FFS prepares a proposed scope covering deliverables, responsibilities, timing, resources, and fees.
Work begins only after the scope and governing agreement are accepted and the required access and responsibilities are confirmed.
Do not send passwords, payment card information, medical data, or sensitive client records by email. Information submitted to FFS is used to respond to the inquiry and is subject to the Privacy Policy. An inquiry does not create a client relationship or binding service agreement.
